Room was spacious, clean and the views from this hotel are breathtaking from the rooftops to the breakfast buffet. Breakfast buffet phenomenal with so many varieties of food, even had an ice cream station. Front desk staff very friendly, professional and are bilingual. Location is perfect. Uber station pick up/drop off conveniently in front of hotel. Can walk through hotel on the upper floor straight to the adjacent mall. Rooms are sound proof quiet. Several lounges casual and upscale. Gym has a...

Internet is horrible. System falls al the time. Too Bureaucratic to access again.

Great environment and service. Excellent location specially for business travelers.

The hotel itself is excellent. As soon as you step outside you’re risking your life. Filthy dirty, loaded with homeless people doing very obscene things on the street, lots of beggars.

The service was excellent, and most of the staff spoke English or Spanish in addition to Portuguese. We arrived several hours before check-in, but the hotel offered luggage storage, allowing us to drop off our bags and explore the area. Its location is convenient, just 15-20 minutes from the main tourist attractions. Security is present 24/7 outside the hotel, which added to the sense of safety. The rooftop bar was a great spot to unwind, offering reasonably priced drinks and a relaxing...

Give them good customer service we were unable to stay for new federal regulations not being able to complete travel because of visa issues and the staff was super understanding and was able to work with me for booking with me in the future. Very pleased with there service!

Love staying here ! Great staff

This hotel is probably a hidden gem. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff as well as cleaning crew were very competent and thorough. The restaurant was pretty good. We ate at the breakfast buffet every day and the food was good. Coming from the states, the buffet allows you to eat without being a glutton. We had dinner there one night and we thought the food was very well prepared and the drinks very good. The hotel is walking distance from a mall - like maybe a block and a...

Everything here was beautiful. Our host family made us feel at home. They also gave us recommendations for sight-seeing.

The hotel was wonderful and the staff is very helpful. Modern decor and the Oceanview is worth the price. Definitely try to use the pool and sauna. All streaming services are available but you have to use your own account.

This was an amazing hotel, within walking distance to the US Embassy which was the purpose of the trip. We ordered dinner our first night and the salad was absolutely amazing, my fiancee was raving about how excellent everything was. The morning after the inclusive breakfast was phenomenal, amazing selection of juices, lots of variety and you could really tell it was a Brazilian breakfast. The bathroom was very nice, we loved the overhead shower as well as the hand held sprayer. Overlooking the...

Best place to stay in Rio! Breakfast was perfect and the rooftop view was outstanding. Via the concierge, we booked a tour to see Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf and it was well worth every Rial!

Service was outstanding, owners, manager, everyone was very helpful. The hotel is beautiful, chic and stylish.... A place to relax after visiting Rio. Breakfast was special not only because of the place and the view it has where it was served, but because it was prepared to the detail. I hope to go back soon.

In front of beach, great place!!!

Perfect Perfect location This location is the safer that you can go in Rio I will recommend not yo stay in Copacabana no matter how 5 stars could be the hotel , too dangerous Here in Leblon you can go walking safe to trendy and amazing restaurants you can walk to the nice beach without any problem The hotel is good , clean and great price for what they offer , amazing staff It is better a room with a balcony and view

The service is great here and it's a nice hotel. One of the things that may be important to many is that the parking is $r31.50 which on the current race equate to a little under $5.56-$6.00 a day extra.
