"I stayed in a room w terrace. Room is relatively small but the terrace space was worth it. The staff were super helpful. Would come again. Super close to bus stop, train station, museum Reina Sofia was a block away and Museo del Prado about 3 blocks. Many places to buy drinks and food around."

"The hotel was located minutes from the Main train station in Madrid. We arrived at the station and went walking to the hotel in only 10 minutes. We arrived early before check in time and wait about 30 minutes until they assigned the room. Everything was very great and they even sent us a bottle of cava as a complementary...Excellent!"

"This was a nice little hotel. The room was good, bathroom lovely. Very good breakfast buffet. And a very helpful staff. Only negatives, our bathroom sink did not drain well, but we were hardly in our room so we did not call it in. The room could use an update; Whatever the scent they have in the lobby area, around elevator, is very, very strong and not a great scent. All in all however, we would stay here again. Excellent location across Plaza Mayor! Bring your electric converter if coming from...

"L hôtel est idéalement situé entre le Retiro et le Palais Royal, avec un large choix de restaurants dans les rues alentours. Décorations des espaces communs très originale et recherchées. Les chambres sont confortables et agréables. Un bémol sur le taille de notre fenêtre ( plutôt de la taille d une meurtrière que d une fenêtre).
