"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We were only there one night, unfortunately, but really enjoyed the excellent room they provided us. Most of all was the greeting staff and the bartender ‘hanging’ out with us and sharing with us about them and the area. We did not have dinner at the hotel, but the breakfast was amazing. Even for a one-night visit, this was good choice for us. A warm and friendly environment."
"The hotel was only a few minutes walk from the train station but they also had a shuttle that could pick you up from the train station. The staff was friendly and the room was nice with a great view of the Matterhorn. The spa facilities were very fantastic and was a great way to unwind at the end of the day. "A beautiful Swiss hotel with lots on amenities. The pool and spa are especially nice. The staff is super friendly and the full breakfast is excellent. Highly recommended."
"10/10 stay. Cannot recommend this place enough. The staff were so helpful and diligent with any request we had. They made this the highlight of our trip."
"We are on a seven city trip through Europe. This is our sixth stop, and the best. The building is adorable with flowing flowers on every balcony. The front garden is strewn with loungers and tables with large, comfy chairs—plus lap blankets for the chill!
Our room was on the top floor, and our balcony gave us a spectacular view of the Matterhorn. Fine linens, great scents in the toiletries. Best breakfast buffet we’ve had—yes eggs and bacon but also berries and every type of nut and muesli, and...
