"This is a really special hotel. It’s beautiful and the service is excellent. I stayed with my husband, three year old son, and my parents and everyone loved it. The pool is really lovely and peaceful, and the whole experience feels like a real respite from the exciting chaos of the city. Everyone was so kind and helpful, particularly to my son, making the stay extra special. "My family and I enjoyed a very pleasant weekend stay at The Paragon Mexico City Santa Fe. The staff was friendly, professional and attentive. They took really good care of us, especially Jorge who helped us both arriving and departing. Property was clean and well maintained. Nice breakfast and gym. Great location close to tons of shopping and dining options. We highly recommend."
