"The parking should not be changed for people staying in the hotel and thier extrator in the bathroom and the flashing of the toilet was difficult to flash.
But i made them aware.
They were amazing"
"As a family we discovered this hotel when looking for somewhere to stay for my nephew’s wedding at South Farm, Royston. From start to finish the staff on reception could not have been more helpful reassuring me that all would go smoothly in terms of booking in and out individually and at different times, taxi recommendations, meal times, bedding arrangements for small grandchildren. I arrived a day earlier than my family and Naomi I believe her name is could not have been more charming,...
"Our bedroom was dated and a little tired.
Barely a dribble came out the shower making it challenging to rinse shampoo out of your hair for example. There was no toothbrush holder. The full length mirror in the room was placed awkwardly at the side of one of the beds making it difficult to stand in front of. "Staff are really friendly, and kind. 10/10. Rooms feel spacious, clean and have strong AC. Workday come back. Bed was so comfy, I overslept. Will be back."

Staff and amenities were solid and the rooms were 'fine' nothing over the top...but they do have Elemis lotions and creams in massive containers to use so even if you're not in the spa you feel like you are !!!"
"We have stayed at the hotel on several occasions now and find the staff so helpful & friendly .Breakfast was excellent and with some refurbishment works planned the appearance of some of the rooms should be improved,"
"The room was clean, and the staff were all amazingly helpful and friendly. I appreciated having breakfast offered. While the food was great, I found the coffee really disappointing. Having free parking with plenty of spaces available was a major draw, as was the air conditioning--there were a couple of really warm days while I stayed, it helped me to stay comfortable and sleep well. There were a couple of minor things in the room that could have been spruced up: the towel hook on the...
"المكان ممتاز وطاقم العمل ممتاز أيضا، لكن لا يوجد مصعد أو عامل لتوصيل الحقائب إلى الغرفة؛ مما يضطر النزيل لرفعها أو تنزيلها بنفسه مما يمثل جهدا كبيرا عليه."
