"Main problem is noise from the night clubs across the road at the Veronica’s complex. It will stop you sleeping.
Plus the poolside staff seem very keen with the Pet Shop Boys and will play all their music ever written every afternoon.
Cigarette smoke from nearby balconies easily travels to your room and balcony which I found offputting.
Other than that, hotel is reasonably priced, in a good location (except for noise), well looked after and near a lovely beach."

Is it 4 star ? There was kettle in room had to ask for one and pay a deposit The room it self needs to be updated plaster on ceiling chipping off
I think it was 4 star 20 years ago but it needs a total refurbishment for that status now

"Overall we were pleased with to hotel. The staff were fabulous. We did the half board, breakfast only. So many options to choose. We had one problem that was never resolved, the air conditioning. Unfortunately we had to ask for a fan to cool our room."
"It was nice and pleasant, it did what it said on the tin, it was nice. I would suggest a good 3 star resort, or an okay 4 star resort. No real issues apart from the lift breaking down a couple of times and a room clean that could have been better.
The question is would I go back? If it was at the right price and I was on a budget then yes I would be happy to return."

"The staff was attentive and friendly. The room was basic and the views depending on the location can be nice. The food was also very basic, but had some highlights on theme nights. Overall the place is really meant for families with small children. The all-inclusive part was not worth it in my opinion, the wine was terrible, the sodas were mostly flat, and the liquor selection was not great."
"This hotel is lovely. Everything is close within the hotel so easy to access where you want to be.
The Swimming pool is a sloping one and the deep end is 1.45mtrs my daughter was able to stand up in it fully. The only floating rings they allow can be purchased for €6 at their mini shop which is on the same floor as the snack bar.

"I loved my holiday in this hotel. The pools were clean and warm. The room was clean and spacious.
The staff worked very hard and made us welcome. We enjoyed the lunch time exercise sessions in the pool.
For all inclusive the food was varied enough with themed nights. Asian was the star of the show!
Sometimes the waits were rather long for lunch in the pool bar, but this was ok.
My only gripe is poor behaviour of some guests putting towels on loungers early and hardly using the space they had...
"Not a 5 star hotel and the room although it was very big and nice, was dirty, particularly the bathroom. The pools are old and quite small, if you want to go to the beach you need to walk 25mins. There isn’t good coffee around and nothing to do.
I don’t recommend it at all."
