EVERYONE (with the exception only one or two bar runners) were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The cleaning lady in the club on the 4th floor was incredibly hard working. Loved the all inclusive. "We were very pleased with the hotel. The dining information could be better since we had never done an all inclusive but managed to make it work. Staff were great and rooms and public areas were very clean. Went for spring break and was pleased that it wasn’t overrun with drunk people. It was perfect for us. "

It is such a large property with a lot of traffic through it and it looks tired. walls look dirty, scuffed, scatched etc. The staff is amazing. we were there for 3 nights and the first day we could not get chairs at the main pool. The second day we came down at 10am and something. all was reserved for their members. it was not until I through a fit because you can't really go on the beach so the pool is the only option. "This place was amazing, location was great, near and walking distance to the marina. The pools were clean and very well maintained. The resort offers a lot of entertainment options. My favorite was the beach party at night, great food and super fun. I didn’t try the restaurant at the resort but they offered many variations of food. Overall I will come back to this place. I forgot to mention having a convinience store and a coffee mini shop was great!!"

"On the positive the physical plant is amazing. The disappointed part. Our elevator didn’t work and we were on the 3rd floor. We went to a presentation that was presented as 90 minutes presentation and ended up being over 4 hours. We had to cut it off. On the positive we did get 6 tickets on a dinner sunset cruise. Probably our best highlight."
