"Due to a fire the day before we arrived, many of the amenities available to Altitude upgrades were not available. The adult pool was cloudy the entire time and the swim up bar never opened during our entire 7 day stay. The staff really worked hard to make up for the affected amenities, but not having two restaurants, made the week a little boring with eating choices. "Staff and resort were very accommodating and made us feel extra special for Carlitos 40th bday! Will be back soon"

"Deliciosa la comida aunque es buffet parece que cada platillo está hecho por un chef para ocasión especial"

"The rooms were newly renovated, refrigerators stocked daily. Our view was beautiful. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was okay seemed like the same thing everyday. The restaurants were good , Italian and Mexican."

"Staff were great."

It was supper cheap. Less than $5 a trip. We enjoyed Cabo San Lucas a few days and San Jose on others. Definitely recommend...
