"Très belle chambre, grande, agréable. Literie ai top! Équipement parfait!"

"There was no hot water for the 3 days we stayed there. At best room temperature. Taking a shower with cool water in a 4 start hotel is not what I paid for. I told the receptionist but still nothing was done. Also, the interent was terrible. Very dissappointed with my stay there and would never recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Wonderful hotel in great neighborhood. Close to sights but didn’t feel overly touristy"

"Nice hotel, just around the corner of a sub. In the neighbourhood there are enough nice restaurants for dinner and breakfast. Room 607 was warm, windows couldn't be opened first, but later the front desk supplied a key."

"Schone kamer, goed ontbijt. Fitness ruimte was oké, wat gewichtjes zouden fijn zijn. De heren bij de receptie waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. "Excellent"

Another day I requested a wake up call for a very early airport departure. They called 30 minutes late. Thank goodness I was already up. Front...

"After an awful check-in (they use a machine that requires a QR code that I was not sent by Expedia) the rest of the stay went fine. The place has clearly tried hard to make ecological choices. Room was warm, clean and a reasonable size. Area is at the edge of a dodgy bit of Brussels so take care."

"I stayed here again after a wonderful experience last year and it was nice and the staff was kind as always. My only issue this time around was the noise with the construction happening on the property making it next to unbearable to take a nap after walking around the city. But getting a different room was so easy as the girl in the front made the process seamless and easy and she was understanding when I explained this to her, I really appreciated that especially with so many people coming...

"Freundliches Personal, schönes Zimmer und hervorragendes Frühstück"
