"Nice property in cool spot. Highlight for sure was rooftop bar. Our first room had air conditioner that was so loud we didn’t sleep first night. Next day staff kindly moved us to another room. Property is nice with comfortable bed. Rooms are small but cozy. All staff was friendly and helpful. A little Expensive for where it is Dow town but still nice. "

"I didn’t like the ridiculous $25 per day parking fee. It would be nice to have EV charger within the hotel premises. Elevator wasn’t working for a day when we were there for our 2 nights stay. The service elevator was a little hassle but it did work anyway and one of the elevator was fixed the next day. Staff and over all experience was very good. "

"The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating considering we got there a couple hours prior to check in. They were able to get us a room early so we could leave our bags. The hotel is beautiful. It’s very clean. There is so much to do in downtown Vancouver and the hotels location is perfect. Everything you could want to do is walkable or there are plenty of bike rental stations all over the place."

"Your hotel provides designated disability parking. However the door to the elevator is virtually impossible for anyone using, or assisting someone, with a wheelchair."

"Nice hotel, great staff. Our roof box made it so our car couldn't fit in the garage but the concierge suggested they store it for us and helped me unpack and take it off for that. We had an issue with our A/C and they were very accommodating dealing with it and in trying to make it up to us. The room was great, although the bathroom is a bit bizarre with blinds with controls on the OUTSIDE of the shower. Never seen that.... "
