"Our air conditioning in our room was locked so it felt like the Sahara. On the second morning, the scrambled egg at breakfast was very runny and soft. The staff seemed stressed as it was a particularly busy and manic morning. There also wasn't any notice anywhere to say vegetarian sausage options could be ordered from the kitchen, as there wasn't any on the hot buffet, but staff seemed too stressed so we didn't enquire. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Our room had a great view, staff were helpful...
