"This hotel was fine/comfortable for sleeping, but it definitely had some odd things. I was there for 5 night a a dirty laundry bin was outside my room for 5 days. After two nights I called the front desk to ask if they did daily housekeeping and was told "yes" but my room hadn't been touched after 3 days. "All the staff were friendly and helpful (front desk, maids, restaurant server). We loved the free coffee and tea every morning in the lobby area and the free covered parking. We also really enjoyed the ability to walk to all the cute shops and cafes in the historic village of Williamsville."
