"Just want to say that I believe the man who is the "assistant manager", is doing a fantastic job! We ran out of towels and I was frustrated that our room wasn't cleaned as requested, but he got us towels right away, apologized about the room not being clean yet but explained the house keeping was actually still cleaning rooms (even though it was 3-4pm at this time), and then our room was nicely cleaned when we returned from the pool. I also witnessed the assistant manager helping to clean up,...

"Had a pleasant stay. Staff was friendly, dealers were great and hotel/casino was clean."

"I arrived early and a very nice room was available. Was given vouchers for drinks and made to feel very welcome. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was excellent. Enjoyed the restaurant. Will return next time in Tempe."

"Nice will repeat"

"disgusting. never write reviews but worst hotel of my life."

"Only negative was water pressure in bathroom sink was terrible. Other than that, everything was great."

"We walked in and the entire place looked like it had not been cleaned from previous renters. I’m talking beds looked slept in and blankets tossed back on the bed. Dirt on the floor. Dishes still in dishwasher. No trash bags except the one to changed trash for 6 days! Crazy! Only one parking spot so don’t plan on having guests and the door was hard to open. Type the code and pull the handle towards you to get it to open."

"Traveled for business with an associate. Conveniently located condo with 2 separate rooms and 2 full baths. Very comfortable stay, and the staff is very responsive and helped make the check in easier."

"This is an apartment in an apartment complex. Close to the airport and all things in the city. Cleaning crew definitely could have done a better job. There was blood on the wall by the toilet, stubble in the shower and the sheets and towels were damp. The bedding was limited and the furniture was old and scuffed. The pool was COLD and so was the hot tub. Even in 95 degrees it was too cold. The hallway in the building was scented, such a strong scent it gave a headache. "

"Very clean apartment and quiet location. Kitchen stocked with coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper. Full water Brita jug in refrigerator was a welcoming touch. Key did not open pool gate- but pool looked great. "
