"The staff was friendly.
However, they either could not or would not address the issues that were brought up.
Understandable: The rooms were not cleaned after check in. That might be because we didn't use the door hanger to indicate "please clean the room" usually that's the default, but I understand the policy. Staff would not deliver essentials forcing guest to pick them up from the front desk-again maybe policy. Still annoying.
Odd: A bottleneck was created because of forced on-line...
"On a réservé une chambre suite urbaine, soit dans les plus dispendieuses, pour se ramasser au rez de jardin, vue sur un égout et le stationnement, tellement proche des gens qui marchent qu'il fallait garder nos rideaux fermés pour avoir un peu d'intimité... On ce sentait comme dans un sous sol d'appartement et non en vacances, ce qui est inacceptable pour le prix.
En plus d'avoir à gérer nos enfants de deux ans pour éviter qu'elles courent dans la rue juste en sortant dehor sur la terrasse...

"Stayed for 2 nights with two young kids and it was excellent. Breakfast was delicious. Husband used the sauna everyday and my daughter loved the hot-tub. Right on the lake with a wonderful view. We will be coming back next year."

"We loved our stay! The auberge was peaceful, lovely, and clean, and had everything we needed. Plus, we were surrounded by a beautiful vineyard and immaculate grounds.
We’re very happy we chose to opt in for the breakfast- it is perfect and plentiful! Wonderful and fresh with rich flavours.
The hosts were very kind and made us feel at home. They also had great suggestions for places to go that were close by.

"Condo was very clean and comfortable. Very well appointed. Usually rental condos have less than ideal cookware, but this was coolware you would be happy to have in your own kitchen. Lots of little touches like a welcome basket, pop in the fridge, a bottle of wine. Aĺl in all, an exceptional place."
