"The room had everything you need but wasn’t clean and they don’t clean during your stay either. You can get new towels from reception, but no one is coming to get your previous wet/used ones. Reception desk is impressive and the 2 girls were smiley and attentive. Bathroom was ok but looking very tired. Shower was good and powerful. Parking is easy and the golf course looks good. For the price it wasn’t great value. We might stay again if we can’t find anything better, for the next Goodwood...

"The rooms are not in the main building, they are what I can only describe as motel type rooms in a couple of blocks. We had a 1st floor room the window only opened an inch and there was no A/C, didn't get a lot of sleep at the weather therefore the room was baking hot. Lovely grounds to walk round and the breakfast was good in a really nice setting."

"Had a great one night stay in two double rooms. Plenty of parking. Warm and welcoming staff. Great food and service in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, and in the bar and outside terrace area. Used the gym which is small but well equipped. Overall an enjoyable stay and will go again."

"The hotel is outdated and needs a revamp. The passage carpets are threadbare. The good thing about the hotel is that it is centrally located. The bad thing is the street noise - from party goers to rubbish collection early in the morning. Terrible nights sleep"

"Man on the desk was new, said “ not in the group chat with housekeeping so doesn’t know if rooms are ready” so he had to go and check each guests room to see if it was Our room was ready but no kids bed was out or set up. We had one towel for three of us and one cup for three of us. The room had an empty Belvita biscuit wrapper under the bedside table.
