"We had a wonderful two night stay. The welcome we received was outstanding. Staff were very attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed the access to tea, coffee and homemade biscuits down stairs. We ate in Bonnie’s on our first night. The bread starter was divine. The service and the rest of the meal was also very good. Our room was cosy and the shower was powerful. We would definitely return to this hotel. It was also a nice surprise to find that it was on the university campus and easily walkable into the old city within 35 minutes. "

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed breakfast in the terrace in the morning and the bar in the evening! It’s perfectly located to explore Edinburgh and has loads of easy transport links nearby. Would definitely recommend. "

"Absolutely delightful. Check-in was smooth. We arrived earlier than the check-in time at 11am and got into our room by 1.30pm which was much appreciated. Due to the redeye flight, we were so tired that the staff prioritized getting our room ready. The property is conveniently located, not far from the downtown core we wanted to visit. It’s nestled in a quite neighborhood and our garden suite was lovely and peaceful at night."
