"There was no hot water on the night I stayed, I reported it twice at reception. Reaction was dismissive at best. Not sure if this is a regular occurrence, but maybe don’t expect hot water"
"Having stayed with you previously, we were really looking forward to returning. Unfortunately, what should have been a lovely and relaxing family break was overshadowed by a number of issues relating to cleanliness, service and the overall guest experience.
Upon arriving at our room, we were disappointed to discover that the toilet had not been properly cleaned and still contained faeces from a previous occupant. There was also a noticeable stain on one of the chairs.
Although we were...
"Fantastic place to stay and lovely and clean. Had a problem opening the door and they send a person down to assist me quickly. Lovely place to stay and perfect hot tub too"
"We had a wonderful stay. Easy instructions, helpful host and a lovely room to stay in. Very clean and the bed was comfy. Blessed also with glorious weather in October!! The only point I’d raise was the water pressure in the shower wasn’t great but it worked and was hot!! Will definitely rebook!!"
"We stayed for two nights in the Marrakesh suite and loved it. A huge comfy bed, air conditioning, mini fridge, lots of storage and a large TV. Upstairs is a large jacuzzi bathroom complete with bathrobes and slippers.
The host, Debbie was fantastic, she always seemed to be on duty and was very helpful. Breakfast was very good with a huge selection and could be taken in the dining room or in your suite."
"Overall the place was clean and tidy, but we did notice the cooker hood needed a good clean as it was greasy and sticky. Also the lights over the hot tub weren’t working properly. We also found the controls for the hot tub didn’t work properly. We enjoyed our stay and it had all the amenities people need."
