"Very disappointing experience. The bathroom was not properly maintained, with visible mold in both the shower and around the sinks. This is unacceptable for a hotel and raises serious concerns about cleanliness, hygiene, and overall guest safety. The room did not meet basic standards of cleanliness, and the condition of the bathroom made our stay very unpleasant. I expected much better, especially for a hotel that is supposed to provide a clean and comfortable environment. I would not recommend...

"Love love love this hotel Just beautiful"

"My only complaint was the parking. When I came to check in they wanted me to do the self check in and I had asked about parking but it was not clearly communicated. Had to park 10 min away and carry all my luggage. Due to the parking issues not sure if I’d stay again."

"Room was great! The staff including valet were all very friendly and professional"

"Buen lugar precios altos"

"Nice location downtown. Close to Phoenix Suns Stadium, Chase Field, and the Convention Centet."

"Awesome place!"

"I paid for a suite. I was not given a suite, my room was not as pictured by Mariott, there was no partition, just one open room. There was no dresser with drawers, just two very small drawers, each about 1/3 to 1/2 the size of a normal dresser drawer, in a very small nook with little space to hang clothes. I will provide photos if possible. The bathroom door would not close & was either off it's track or completely broken. Miserable stay, never going back."

"Great stay!"

"Finding the apartment took a little while, nice clean apartment. Only bad thing about the 3 day stay was another tenant would leave their dog on their patio all day, and it was outside my balcony in next set of apartments, and the noise was horrible. I stayed gone so I didn’t have to listen to it. Property Management should surely do something about it."
