As a budget hotel the overall condition was good value in an excellent position with a 5-minute walk to Pac Fair shopping center and the tram stop. One block to the beach, about a 7-minute walk was handy. The extra wide balcony was a bonus to enjoy."

"Overall the room was clean and bright and the facilities, dining experiences were excellent. The only thing that marred the stay was the reception staff sticking strictly to the check in time. Unable to get a better flight time we arrived into the GC around 09:00. It was a long wait to get up to our room so we could crash for a couple of hours of much needed to sleep."
