"We loved this hotel! The. Staff was super friendly and the hotel was very comfortable and beautiful. It felt like we were staying at the continental from the John Wick movies ❤️ the bathrooms had the perfect warm lightning....not that bright blue white light that blinds you. The staff were super nice. Always accommodating. Will definitely stay there again, next time we come to Chicago ❤️"

"Great location and nice hotel, very helpful and friendly staff."

"Great location, roof top bar, buffet breakfast with Expedia add-on was a great deal."

"I had an amazing view and excellent service."

"The main area of the hotel is old and beautiful. The rooms are quite basic and due for upgrades. The bathroom had stool on the toilet when we arrived. No fan in the bathroom or working window so the room got very humid when we showered. I’m surprised that I didn’t see mold. Bed was comfy."

"Best experience ever"

"Beautiful property in a good central location. No microwave in room. Big Bus stop and River Cruise across the street. Restaurant on site. Parking is $80 a day."

"Très bien situé pour visiter la ville."

"Good restaurant"

"Very walkable to Michigan Avenue with chic modern designs in a vintage building. Friendly staff. Stayed for one night, very comfortable and clean room."

"Good location, clean rooms."

"This boutique hotel is located in a great area. Our main complaint is the hotel is old and therefore it’s not insulated from noise. We could hear every conversation, siren and party that went on in the streets. Our neighbor was a big snorer so that wasn’t pleasant. Our original room was just outside the elevator, which I did not like but the staff quickly moved us to another room, so that was great. Other than that we enjoyed our stay for the convenience. Lots of great restaurants within...

"We appreciated the early check in, staff was pleasant, room was comfortable with a great river & lake view. Bar service was convenient."

"Todo muy lindo y limpio, lo único malo es la salida del parqueo por su enorme bajada 😁"

"A fantastic stay in a beautiful hotel in an amazing city. Staff were all friendly, professional and helpful. River view suite was absolutely amazing. It made our stay perfect. The view of the river was wonderful. Thank you Erica for making this happen. Perfect location. Great breakfast. Beautifully clean room. Thank you to all."
