"I was expecting this to be a 4-5 star hotel as advertised."

"no television service. staff was uncaring and didn’t provide any updates on service restoration"

"I stayed at The Westin because I had a work trip in downtown Houston. If you’re looking for something nearby the convention center, that’s quiet and has some good restaurants nearby, this hotel is amazing. Not only that, the king bedroom is spacious, great amenities with a spacious bathroom, a snooz white noise machine, and even an option to rent two monitors, a keyboard / mouse via Outpost. Truly an amazing experience as a business traveler. The staff at front desk were so helpful."

"Everything was excellent!"

"Property was a great experience for me overall. Quiet neighborhood and easy to access. Kitchen was well equipped and place had plenty of space and had an overall feeling that the owners cared about their guests. If you only book major hotels normally, places like this are a great escape from the usual antiseptic corporate feeling locations."

"Overall great stay and would stay again. However, dog hair was all over the floors throughout the unit. Other than that, no complaints."
