"The sheets weren't clean when we checked them. Then I had to change the sheets myself because no one was there in housekeeping. I requested towels and tissue on the 2nd night but never received them. Then I went to the bar at 11 pm because the guy who checked us in said the bar closed at 12. The guy and lady at the bar rushed us, saying, 'Hurry up and order because the bar closed at 11.'"
