"The room was clean and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the walk-in shower. The underground parking was very convenient, and the weekend pricing was surprisingly inexpensive, although getting into the parkade could be a bit tricky at times with cars backed up near the hotel entrance. The hotel being close to the train station was a big plus for getting around, but it can get a little noisy when trains pass by. We did have an issue with the TV not working when we first turned it on, but...

"We had an AMAZING stay at Hotel Arts. For the price, the amenities were excellent, with 2 restaurant/bars, a plush pool area, and small gym conveniently located on site. This may be kind of nerdy, but the fact that the TV was Chromecast enabled was also a plus, allowing no shortage of in-room entertainment. Also, TONS of great places to eat and drink just across the street. We were in town for a convention and the Calgary Expo is about a 10 minute walk that is enjoyable with your morning...

"Very helpful and friendly staff. I forgot an item in the room but the front desk were very helpful to make sure that I got my item at the airport safely so I don’t miss my flight. Was at the hotel for a conference. My stay was great. Good food and the comfort was👌"

"Small room overall. Shower wand was broken. The hallway was incredibly hot and had an unpleasant odor. They added a previously undisclosed $220.00 fee for the stay which was a surprise on arrival and was over and above the pre-paid 2 night stay for $433.98. All-in all, not worth the stay and will look elsewhere in the future."
