"Absolutely stunning hotel we love staying here . The only negative thing is paying for the parking which I feel should be in with the cost . The breakfast at £19.50 is quite costly you have lots of choice but still feel it’s rather high . That said it wouldn’t stop us from staying here again it’s beautiful , the staff are all so lovely and helpful . We will definitely be booking again for our Christmas stay "

"Ok so you know what you get with Holiday Inn. However levels of service & cleanliness vary across the country. We spent 2 nights here and found the team very helpful, friendly and nothing g was too much trouble. On top of that the place was clean, tidy with good food and amenities. Money has obviously been spent keeping the place in a good condition which is reassuring. The family enjoyed the pool and being able to use it throughout the day "

"We adored this hotel! Clean, newly appointed features in the room, and great overall hotel amenities. We would stay again! We also loved the neighborhood it sits within. We were able to walk easily to many areas of interest, including a relatively easy 30-minute walk to enjoy the scene and get to the Royal Albert Dock. We highly recommend the Philharmonic Dining Room for dinner across the street from the hotel. "

"In the city for a concert and the Dixie Dean was an ideal base for the weekend. We had a 'luxury' room, with two massive beds and the bath was the size of a swimming pool!! The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of selection and regularly stocked up. The waiters didn't stop with topping up coffees and clearing up promptly. High recommended if you're in the city."
