"Stayed here alot, can get very busy and noisy at times, but in general it’s ok"

"Fantastic spot right in the center of Canterbury. That being said, not recommended for light sleepers: the streets outside are lively into the night and the delivery trucks start very early. Room was immaculate, comfy beds, and modern bathroom. Great lounge in the lobby too!"

"Staff were helpful. The bed was very comfy and the room was clean and big. The breakfast was nice and fresh and the check in/ check out was very easy."

"Beautiful property. Staff in restaurant in spa were lovely. Bar lady in hotel was miserable. Front of house staff could have been more friendly. Could be an amazing experience. Management needs to work on the staffs front of house skills."

"Took a daytrip to London. Found this gem about 1 1/2 hour drive by car. Made a last minute reservation as I was looking for some where close to the Folkestone LeShuttle transport back to France. Very cute bed & breakfast. Room appeared to be renovated. Perfectly clean & comfy with private bath. "Check-in process at the Pub opposite the accommodation block was easy and straightforward. The staff were really friendly. The location was good - really close to a shopping centre if that's your thing."

"The room was large and mostly very clean except there was a chunk of something on the floor and an old food tub both under the desk. The staff were very kind and helpful. It seemed like it was a door from the floor beneath but it felt like it rattled the whole wall behind the bed."

"Clean and good .and the reception employee are very good"

"Enjoyed my stay"

"Lovely, comfortable stay. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent."

"Let me say the breakfast offered by this hotel is substantially far better than any. I have experienced in another hotel anywhere so far. The staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful. It is uncanny. It was exactly the location we wanted right by the beach. If we were going back to Margate, we would definitely come back."
