"Staff friendly and helpful. Clean room and quiet. Enjoyed being able to look out our window and see the beach! Great sunset view! Was so nice to have the delicious breakfast buffet with so many choices. Everything was beautifully presented, tasted fresh and was a definite plus for staying here! "A solid 5 stars. The staff was extremely helpful. They did 2 loads of laundry. One in the morning. The other in the afternoon and the price was very reasonable ($15). The breakfast buffet was good. It's hard to find a breakfast of more than pastries in Monterosso. The staff was friendly and helpful for anything. This hotel being very close to the beach was something I was looking for. They even have beach towels you can use. I'll be staying there again."
"Place is in a middle of the mountain. Far away from the beach on a first picture which is very misaligning. The staff is unfriendly. They been rude to me because I made one load of laundry staying 5 nights and made me pay 10 euro for that. Also been telling me that I did two loads instead one. I refused to pay for something I didn’t use. It should be told during check in that there is additional charges for laundry. They did not change the towels at all, leak in a shower and staffed sink. "Very traditional Italian seaside hotel, in a great location next to the Bay de Silencio. Very attentive service and staff, great breakfast options and generous rooms. Sestre Levante is close to the villages in Cinque Terra but has a completely different feel, more Italian tourists seem to stay here and it has great restaurant options. Of the various Ligurian seaside towns we have visited we like this place probably the best."
