"It was suitable accommodation for a business trip"

"I booked this hotel purely on the basis that it had an All Day Restaurant and 24hr room service. When we asked for lunch, we were told 'Chef doesn't work between 11.am and 5.30.pm!' Having no car we had to get a taxi to the closest restaurant! We arrived at 2.pm, their check in time but we're told the room wasn't ready. I'd asked for a quiet room but they put us next to a set of double doors where they bring in all the supplies for the hotel. We had just done the overnight flight from Toronto...

"No point nobody as listens but I will say that I feel the staff are abusive"

"Had a nice stay, staff were friendly. Very close to the station which is handy. Windows have secondary glazing so you couldn’t hear noise from the street."
