"Would not stay again solely due to the noise. You hear everything through the walls, including any chair that moves upstairs on the rooftop starting from 7am-11pm. They have loud music playing until 11pm on the rooftop but yet no one is ever there. The restaurants are almost non existent with people in the evening and and poor service. Nice setting, but little to take advantage of throughout the day and night, including room service etc. This place should shift into a bar/restaurant because...

"Hector and crew are amazing. Very attentive to needs and the benefits of a small boutique are many - especially when they are as on-point as they are there. As an example we had an early departure flight and Hector personally came in (his day off - Sunday) to take care of helping making food. Great area too. Just be prepared to walk everywhere. The hotel was absolutely lovely."
