"This was one of the highlights of our 3+ week stay in Europe. Hotel was very clean, we had a comfortable room with a great bathroom and shower. Staff was efficient and very helpful. We took breakfast one day, a bit pricey, but good. Highly recommend this hotel!"
"Front desk people were great. Room was quite even though it was right across from the train station. Wonderful breakfast. Rooms nice size and very clean. Would definitely stay there again. Only a half hour from the airport why stay in Zurich when this town is close and cute."
"It was a quiet place to stay with no street noise. The room was clean, but dated. Many stains on furniture and carpet. The hallway had a lot of stains on the carpeting. Could use a good cleaning."
"One of the beds was old and not suitable for sleeping, I had requested a replacement but staff simply turned it over which didn’t help at all. After another request it was finally replaced. In a junior suite, I would expect excellent quality and promptly addressing the issue.
Restaurant food was excellent; however, service staff not well trained and not in line with experiences prior to the renovation or what would be expected from this hotel."
"It was great in everyway but for families I would say it had a small rooms but clean, andneverything. The other thing was make sire to get a room from the lake side not from the other side because the views are spectacular"
