"Very convenient for the train station and main vaporetto docks. Nice room overlooking Grand Canal. Breakfast buffet quite good. Lots of restaurants and shops. Use the Spar for purchases. Way cheaper than smaller tourist type shops. ie. bottle of coke €1.67 vs €6.00"

"A hotel with updated amenities. Very helpful staff but so so breakfast."

"Amazing location. Rooms are clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good enough to get you out on your day. Staff helpful to a point - had been out of the room for 7 hours walking and returned, no cleaning service done. Sore back, feet and so we had to sit downstairs for another 45 mins. No offer for a coffee or drink while we waited. Would be a 5 star if they had at least tried to offer a small gesture like a coffee."

"Desayuno muy bueno"

"Ok"

"Everything was extra! No kidding they want a minimum of $25 per hour per person for roof terrace. They charge 9euro for eggs at breakfast . It was clear the entire stay their priority is grabbing your money and NOT guest service. Very prejudice against English speakers."
