"Very good hotel, very spacious, relaxing, beautiful. Excellent gym, best of any hotel in Costa Rica where I have stayed. I wish that their was more recreation, a basquetball court, oing pong table, game room ? The space is there. Really nice cafe and other restaurants. "

"The on-site restaurant and staff were exceptional. We ate several meals there and the presentation and quality of the food exceeded our expectations; the excellent servers were an added bonus. Our bar experience wasn’t quite as nice. Upon entering the bar the atmosphere was loud music and customers having to yell at each other to be heard over the music. At first I thought I was in a nightclub instead of a lounge at a Radisson Hotel. The waiter couldn’t hear our order, so we had to repeat each...

"Excellent staff. Really decent looking rooms. My only issue was that I was in a room where there was an adjoining door and the other room could hear all my conversations and complained about the noise when I played a word game on my phone. Needs more insulation. "

"Alta Las Palomas is a unique hotel with great service. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay. The only small drawback is the AC is currently out of service. However, we were comfortable in our room with the mountain breeze. "

"I loved the pool and the yoga platform above it with the Buddha ! Very peaceful and lots if attention to details that made it beautiful! Lots of love went into the place. Loved the hiking in the coffee plantation on the mantra trail and even the hike up and down the hill to La burra restaurant. Tho you can get a little shuttle down and up. Staff super friendly and welcoming."
