"I've stayed at the Trout a number of times, it is a pretty, well maintained hotel with lots of character and ideally placed to explore Cockermouth, the Western Lakes and the national park. The food is good and the staff are professional and very friendly."
"Great hotel, staff were fantastic and really helpful.
They even arranged for an early continental breakfast for us way before the usual breakfast time.
I couldn’t praise them enough."
"Conor was an excellent host, chef, and resource during my ~1 week stay. Location was right in the heart of keswick and was a perfect jumping off point for daily hikes on the fells!"
