"The room was very noisy and had staff offices outside of the door, there was constant noise as the office doors were open from early morning, shouting, laughing, slamming of doors, very little consideration to the fact there was a guest bedroom that was occupied next to their office's. I felt like it was not a private space or private room as there was constant movement outside of my door"

"The property advertised free shuttle, but it was not available for the weekend.The room was clean ,but the ceiling and one wall had water damage. Besides hand soap, nothing else complementary.Even though the location is a 5 min drive away from the airport, taxi/ Uber very expensive , be aware if yo arrive on weekend."

"My second stay in this lovely hotel. Love the Belle Epoque feel, but still offering modern comfort (air conditioning). Very attentive and friendly staff, who obviously take great pride working there. The location on the Capitole square is excellent. Three minute walk to the metro which is two stations from the Toulouse train station. Made my day trip to the Toulouse Lautrec museum in Albi a breeze. Same for arriving and departing by train. "

Breakfast is excellent and I particularly appreciate the orange juicer available to customers and the large choice of brioche and croissants. My only real gripe is that A/C was turned off in the entire hotel. Not because it was broken but because it was not the "season". Rooms were pretty hot and we had to open the windows in the morning and evening."

There was no one in the restaurant and when we sat down and started to order food, we were told we were not in the restaurant seating and had to move 15 feet over to a different table in a large empty room to qualify to order dinner.
