"Staff was unaccommodating. The Staff acted as though they had better things to do than serive the patrons. Regardless of the request weather it was bottle water for the room, clean towels, or just plain toilet tissue it was at least a three to four hour wait if the request was fulfilled at all. For example requested a chicken club sandwich at midnight and did not receive it till almost 4am and thats after I had to personally come down and find a staff member working the kitchen. "A beautiful hotel with a great ambience, featuring rooms that are well positioned to face the pool area and offer lovely ocean views. The staff were friendly, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. On the downside, the food was just average and could definitely be improved. There are a number of nearby restaurants perhaps I was unlucky where and when I had my meal. I also experienced a delay on arrival, having to wait nearly 30 minutes as my room was still being prepared."
