Excellent price for two night stopover travelling through France into Spain by train. Only downside was being asked to take rubbish to garbage area but maybe that was our translation?"

"You have to park a mile or more away and they charge you the same as every hotel which I find to be not right! For this trip, we went to almost 5 hotels and they charge us for parking and their parking was just below the building. With all the constructions going on around this hotel maybe it could of been fair to give people discount for their parking! Really bad experience with parking "

"It was good overall but definitely not 4 star level. The room itself was new and modern but the hotel was narrow and the only restaurant was undergoing innovation so that didn’t help give the hotel a better image. Staff were nice and friendly. "

"Was only here for 2 nights, but the front desk was lovely the breakfast was plentiful and the rooms were clean. A bit far from the "main" part of the city but a small inconvenience. Lovely stay."

"Elisabeth at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She was the highlight of our stay. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff was very friendly. The only issue we had was at times the elevator didn’t work. "
