"Check in process needs some work. They were super strict on a 3pm checkin with 30 people in the foyer waiting for the time to clock over. Not a great experience. I don’t see why you wouldn’t put people in their rooms if they’re ready. It just makes sense."

"The hotel was brilliant, clean and well looked after. We came for my wife's 50th and they treated her/us really well. The food in the Wolff Grill is a bit on the expensive side but utterly delicious. The room was clean and had everything you need. Overall I cannot fault our experience as we both had a lovely time. "Room was fine and very convenient for the airport. Food service in restaurant was very slow. Had reserved a table in advance and it was busy. Almost an hour between ordering and getting main course, lost the will to live and never got the pud! Very smelly in restaurant with food cooking smells. "

"We had a lovely family break from the norm. Rooms comfy and clean. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Food excellent. The only improvement that could have been made, was the view from the room windows. To be honest though, it was not a big thing; taking the overall experience into consideration. "

"Overall comfortable room with well equipped bathroom. Minor grip was the extended walk to restaurant . Breakfast was average could have had more choice with disappointment that porridge had to be ordered. Pool nice if I’m at the right time but gym cramped with asking equipment. Any more than three it felt crowded. I ended up using studio for stretching which is where a number of classes were offered mornings and evenings."
