"Fantastic building and grounds. Very helpful staff. Food was excellent. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels with work and the breakfast quality here was exceptional. I will certainly use this hotel again on my trips to the midlands. "

"Excellent hotel and reasonably priced. A good breakfast the only downside was the shower needed the mould addressing. I think that will be seen to in the near future. Superb central location. I’d go back anytime."

"A huge soulless property that feel like an airport hotel. With the exception of the public areas, nothing appears to have changed since the early noughties. The rooms, though faded, are comfortable and clean. Breakfast scraped by but could be better quality. I wouldn’t return."

"The Spanish receptionist made it for us (ricoco?) so friendly and likeable. Nice looking hotel lovely breakfast. Sadly the two things that let it down were paying for parking and the tiny “double” beds.. pillows not comfortable either.."
