"This was my third stay at the Mercure Airport City Hotel in Mulhouse, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. My previous two stays were very good, and I specifically returned because of those experiences and the excellent spa facilities.
Unfortunately, this stay was completely different. After driving for several hours, I requested a room away from the lift. The first room I was given already had other guests inside, which I consider a serious security and privacy issue.

"Right on the river I would have expected to pay a lot more to stay here. My room faced the city and I could look down on the cafe. When I wanted to walk along the river it was right there. Free coffee and fruit in the hallway just outside my room was super too. It was a small room but super efficient"
