"Really nice room, but two problems. First, the window (right by our 9-year-old's bed) could open fully and the railing did not go high enough to prevent someone falling out, with a five floor drop below. The hotel fixed this by locking the window shut. Secondly, our requests for extra drinking glasses did not come to anything, and the number of glasses dwindled to one during our stay. Otherwise great. "

"We were getting off a Viking River cruise and wanted a hotel close to the docking location to minimize the distance we had to drag our suitcases. It was less than 10 minutes walking and we were able to access the room early (fee). Conveniently located to several Metro lines and only about a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Kitchenette (refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave and cooktop) was convenient to eat breakfast before heading out for the day."

The room is small for two people and the bed (comfortable) can be entered only from one side, which may be difficult for the arthritic person who has to crawl to the further side. "Wonderful place. We really enjoyed our stay. A beautiful hotel, clean room, great location, great breakfast, superb facilities and fantastic staff. Lady Peggy was so attentive and nice. The only issue we had, was the drawing in our room. I didn’t like it at all and this is because of my religious beliefs but everything else was perfect. I will definitely go back but will request a different room and a different floor. "

"I loved this hotel! Although it wasn’t close to all of the areas we wanted to explore in walking distance (the Arc De Triomphe was the closest which was a 25 min walk), we truly enjoyed our stay. There was some construction outside, however, it didn’t interrupt our sleep. The view was phenomenal and everyone was very kind and polite. I would stay here again and can’t wait to be back!"
