"Beautiful hotel, worth the price. Helpful friendly staff, lovely clean room. The pool is lovely too, recommend. Location is very central, walking distance to most attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Montreal."
"We had a wonderful and relaxing stay.
The room and amenities were great. Location was convenient for the layover.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
I would like to extend special thanks to Habib who went the extra mile to help us during dinner and breakfast we had there."
"The front desk staff and location were great, however, the condition of the room was poor. There were coffee stains on the cupboards, the full length mirror was full of dust and dirt, and the bed was full of dust. The walls are also thin and so you can hear your neighbour's conversations. The doorman on my first night was very rude and barked at me for using the wrong door - there were three and they weren't marked. This is hardly a 4 star hotel, marginally a 3 star one. "The room was mostly clean, but there seems to have been an issue with the elevator- we could here the cables rattling all night/morning - it wouldn’t last morn that 10seconds at a time but it was persistent and grating."
"Le service était bon, excepté le restaurant lors du breakfast, ce n’était pas complet. Juste du pain, céréale, fromage, lait, orange et banane. Bref, sur des bases.
On s’attendait à mieux pour un petit déjeuner."
"Very nice hotel, comfy and clean room! I had a 7th floor room with a nice view of the courtyard and old rail station. The staff was very helpful, welcoming and friendly; they even opened the door frequently when returning to the hotel. I could leave my luggage there on my last day in Montreal also after checking out. Check-in/check-out were very quick.

"It was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is nice, the furniture in the rooms are getting a bit worn out. The micro suede couch looked a bit dirty and greasy, the wardrobe was chipped and worn down. Don’t get me wrong it wasn’t horrible and our room was very clean. The furniture is a bit low quality and should probably be replaced at some point. The bed was luxurious. The sheets and duvet were super crisp and lovely. Very nice quality on the bedding for sure. There may have even been a...
"The hotel is conveniently located to Metro and McGill. Rooms are bright, modern and clean.
We learned at check-in that there was an unexpected water issue caused by local construction, but staff were quick to inform and offer options."
