"Excellent hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast had lots of options and was good. Parking in garage is 25e a day. Sauna and Steam room were a nice treat after hiking. Highly recommend! "

"Excellent location on historic square with parking garage. Our room was on top floor and bedroom in the loft. Only one tiny little window in lower section and zero airflow or way to cool room as a/c wasn't permitted to be turned on yet according to front desk staff. Floor lamp didn't work, and one bedside light wouldn't stay on. Had to request a fan to cool off the place and kinda funny that it only came with a 4 foot cord so couldn't put it near the small window to blow in the cooler air....

"The room was comfortable and had a great view of the lake. The room lighting was also very good, adjustable to my liking. I didn’t try this but I think you can rent a bike and tour the area at your pace; very convenient and would’ve tried it if I had more time."

Siamo stati constretti a tenere le finestre aperte e abbiamo faticato a dormire. Posizione comoda per raggiungere Trento e le principali località di montagna per fare una passeggiata. "We stayed with our 8 year old daughter, everything was perfect. Children can use the pool until 4.30pm so we had lots of time to enjoy the facilities, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Bed covers were soft and high quality. Only tiny negative was the pillows were quite flat and hard but that's the only thing. Balcony and view lovely. Very clean. Very happy with our stay! "

"What a great hotel!!! SO beautiful inside and the location can't be beat. It was within walking distance of the funivia and all the dining and shopping a person needs. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is small, not a lot of selection but enough to fill you up. There is underground parking that's a bit convoluted to get to but so nice knowing your vehicle is safe and sound. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Bolzano."
