"Upon arrival it was alittle manic, our flight was a morning flight (11am) we knew we wouldn't be able to check in early but we didn't get checked in until nearly 2.30pm Our room was nice but didn't release there would've be no amenities like shower cap, makeup pads ect ect but shampoo, conditioner, body/hand wash and moisturiser was and I must admit it was AMAZING and then we didn't have any milk for a coffee/tea which was a surprise Bed was comfortable and bedroom was massive , loved that...

"We had the most amazing stay at Mirage Whitsundays! Our room was absolutely beautiful and honestly even better than the pictures. The views were incredible, and waking up to them every morning was just breathtaking. The apartment was spacious, beautifully presented and had everything we could have asked for. We absolutely loved our stay and would 100% recommend Mirage Whitsundays. We can’t wait to come back! 🤍🌴✨"

"I expected a hot breakfast but it was mostly cold items which were good… still had to pay extra for hot eggs. The pool and the grounds were great, the room was clean. However, the birds decided to wake us up early which was not the hotel’s fault at all… just be ready. Short 15-minute walk to the center of town. No beach. Happy hour was reasonably priced. Dinner meals were good. Staff were very friendly and accommodating."

"Palm Bay was a beautiful location to spend our honeymoon. Staff were very friendly, so many national park trails to walk, plenty of places to snorkel and high quality food from the restaurant. We loved going out on the supplied paddle boards to check out coral or watch the sunset. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a nice place to relax and be in nature!"

"Fantastic apartment, the balcony had a 180 degree view of the ocean, which was honestly one of the highlights of my holiday. The pool was great too. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Can’t really think of any negatives. One thing to take into account is that the property is up on a hill, and walking to town (around 10 mintes) is pretty tough on the legs. Great exercise though."

"This is the perfect place to stay if you want the things it offers. The list includes being a small resort, limited to 20 people in 10 villas, brilliant staff who constantly go above and beyond to care for you, excellent food, and peace and quiet. This is a remote island location with no shops or alternative entertainment, but a real community feel, personal relationships with staff and guests. There are good kayaks etc to go out to see the local turtles, but just the one 2k walking track up...

"We had a penthouse booked and there was no hot waterfor the entire weekend, which was a let down. It was Luke warm at best. One of our guest (whom is pregnant) informed the maintenance man we had no hot water. The maintenance man said just "use the spa that has heat". She informed the maintenance man that she is pregnant and can not have a spa as its dangerous for pregnancies. He simply responded with "that sucks". The property was nice and comfortable but no hot water and a terrible customer...
