"Arriving at a very unassuming back street entrance the hotel interior was a very pleasant surprise and certainly lived up to our expectations. Staff were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and we couldn’t have wished for a better reception. Bedroom was way above our expectations for the price we were paying and the breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice, not just the standard croissant and coffee. Would highly recommend it."
"Unfortunately we did not have a good stay at this hotel. The air conditioning appeared to be working but failed to cool the room. Due to our late afternoon arrival this was only discovered when we went to bed. This resulted in a very uncomfortable sleep. When reported in the morning staff did not seek to rectify given that we were only staying one night. The location was good, close to Avignon centre. However I would not recommend this hotel when the weather is warm."

"Great little hotel in an excellent location in Arles. We had a room with a sun room or Florida room - with two couches which could be used as twin beds. The sheet and comforter are made of a rough linen material, that is not my favorite. The dinner was excellent. We had potatoes bravas, prawns in garlic and a squid taco. The breakfast was also delicious. I enjoyed a cheese omelet and fresh fruit. Loved it!

"Good place to stay near the Nimes Arena. Overall it was a good stay. The room layout was a bit odd since the toilet was on one side of the room and the rest of the bathroom was on the other side. The only issue that I would say that may be worth noting is that unlike many other hotels in Europe, the windows did not block a lot of the sound from the outside."

"The property is very close to the old town and has a lovely pool and nice balconies to enjoy in the rooms. There is secure parking for a small fee as well."
