"This hotel looks very nice when you first arrive. But a closer look shows big issues. The air conditioner was not working in the main lobby so there were large fans everywhere. The hotel had no towels. None at the pool and no towels in the room. We requested them and they brought us hand towels, so we had to dry off with them. The room looks nice at first, but another closer look showed that it wasn’t too clean (a wet spot on the floor wiped it up and the towel was dirty brown) and the bathroom...
