In order to get a room like the one in the pictures you have to pay an extra "premium" fee. I did because the bottom rooms were horrible. In our "premium" room the AC was broken and the maintenance had to come and fix it, he was rude and said we just had to adjust the thermostat. "The Millennium Hotel is clean and convenient for mid-town NYC. Yhe hotel has an irritating "resort charge," or something like that, that it charges on top of whatever one has paid, not in the price advertised on Expedia. This in my view is close to fraudulent."
