"We had a pleasant experience. There is construction in progress but i wouldn't hold that as a negative. In fact, I'd like to go back to see the upgrades. We had a small issue in the bathroom but the staff responded immediately to remedy. Food was excellent. I was surprised not find a small convience shop; Unless i missed it or it is part of the renovations. JWS"

"Another great stay at Ironworks Hotel! Ate at Provision first night and cannot thank and rave enough about our bartender! I have high food allergies and she went above and beyond to make sure I had a delicious, safe meal! The drinks and wine were amazing! Dessert was downright sinful! The most awesome thing Stephanie did was make us feel like family and treat us like royalty while keeping me safe! Cannot thank her enough!"

The only thing we experienced was a mistake on checkout. We were on the house keepings list as checked out. We were asleep and they attempted to assess our room with a key card. "Worst checkin process. No instructions on how to go from getting the key in a lockbox to taking the elevator crossing through the parking garage, finding the doors to the building and playing guess which direction the room is. Hallways smelled awful. Took me forever to find my room. The room was very clean but a little stark. Could use some more pictures or something to make it homier. "
