"We had a great stay this weekend! We had a function nearby and found it was right near all of the places we wanted to visit. Very friendly and professional staff, room was ready early for check in, very clean and nice room with great view! It was nice and quiet and love the block out blinds. Buffet breakfast was great and is right near our favourite restaurant, the station and within a walk to most places of interest. Highly recommend and we will be back! Thanks again! "

For concierge team member has been great helping hand towards customers and excellent extra mile service especially Daniel when I needed his help for best directions route he explained clearly and advise best option from his recommendation. I do really like his service towards my stay. I might not able to thank him for his service when my check-out...

"Room was spacious, comfortable bedding. Liked the pool,spa and sauna. Breakfast was good and staff friendly. Convenient location etc. But bathroom needs to be updated , no fan and water leaked onto the floor. The view from the room overlooking other apartments wasn’t good. "

"Everything was great especially the staff they were always helpful even came out from behind the counter onto the street to help us obtain a taxi. The only complaint I had was the bed although large and comfy the position it was in when used as a double one had to climb over the other to get out this was extremely difficult when you are 80 years of age."

"Lady at the reception Ana (I think) was very helpful. Sad that pool wasn’t working. Place is a bit of a walk from North Sydney station. Our room was spacious, a bit of issue with cleanliness though. Overall, it’s alright and might stay there again."
