"Staff were very helpful with any request. Rooms were well cleaned and replenished daily. Location was pretty good though the hill never got any easier for the climb home after dinner. However it was disappointing to find that the provision of a shuttle to drop you and pick you up within a 5 km radius along with the loan of a local phone to call reception for pick ups had been discontinued. Those facilities played a big part in why chose The Wind Resort. Also breakfast was a slightly random...

"Some counter tops still dusty, we had trouble with turning on the burner and when we called the host told us to “google” and it was clearly the burner did not work. The hair dryer was broken the cord was 3/4 cut. We did get replacement. Battery of the air conditioning controller went out and the battery cost 10 times more than buying at convenient store. Good thing is that they have laundry option. The drain in the shower was not draining and we had to open the tile flip it up but then that...

"Love the view here"

"Iconic Long Hai is one of the better properties located in Long Hai. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean with the exception of the grout inside the shower. The bed are comfortable, however the luggage rack are design more for just carry on luggage’s. If you bring a large luggage, it will not fit. Breakfast buffet only available on the weekends or whenever they have high occupancy; otherwise, there’s an à la carte menu. The breakfast is decent. At night time, they close the garage door,...

"I was checking in for a few days in Ho Tram boutique hotel . The surrounding were greeneries and picturesque . It was after the rained so everything seemed fresh. We dined at the restaurant and the foods and the services were excellent. I had a spa service the next day and it was the best for my body. He beach front was a bit rough due to bad weather so we checked out a day earlier. I would come back to this hotel boutique again in the very near future."

"Very close to the beach. Would be better if housekeeping is done daily."

"Clean comfortable room and common area, with friendly stuffs and good breakfast. It’s also conveniently located near the front beach."

"Was ok for the money we paid. Fairly central, spacious. However it does need a touch-up, taps, sinks and showers esprcially."
