"Compared to other 4 star hotels, there is no swimming pool, the gym facilities are not impressive at all, and breakfast is just an average, but the price is not cheap."

"Great location , beautiful place , kind employees . We spend 3 nights there and was amaizing ! Close to everything you need."

"Very dated rooms. AC did not work well and ended up having to crack the window in order for the room to cool down. Stayed here one night because it is close to the airport but otherwise would choose differently if staying longer."

"This is such a beautiful hotel right by the National palace in Sintra. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable. We also enjoyed the balcony especially in the evening and early morning when the town is quieter. The breakfast was amazing and had a beautiful view of Quinta de Regaleira through the window."

"The rooms were state of the arts enough USB ports to charge everything I needed loved the balcony of the room. The pool was lovely. The views were incredible and the breakfast buffet was outstanding."

"Please be aware the underground parking lot at this hotel is a scary narrow curving Two way and steep with a red light control system. I think they should have a valet system !"

"The pictures are very accurate to how quaint and artistically decorated this hotel is. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean."

"Rooma were clean and comfortable. Quite spacious. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent. Cappuccino from machine in breakfast area did not taste like cappuccino at all. Great location and easy to get to city center via Uber or Bolt."
