"The facilities were great, the location ideal for anyone traveling by train, the room was well appointed. One peeve of mine (and I know I’m being very picky) is when a hotel where I’ve been to repeatedly asks me whether I’ve ever been there before. It contrasts with their supposed interest in their customers. Shouldn’t you know that I’m a loyal customer? Better not to ask. The staff in general, while competent and precise, felt a little cold more like what one expects at a bank than a hotel....
"The neighbor tenant at 11pm and 5am screamed almost every night on his phone in German language: "... terrorist, ...terrorist, ... terrorist... and other words; always screaming"
